Angie Harmon was an American actress, model and singer who starred in many shows and films over the past few decades. Initially she was a professional model and after gaining international fame she made her foray into acting. Her acting career began in 1995 on a TV show called Baywatch Nights. In addition to voice work Harmon also voiced an animated version Batman Beyond, the movie Return of the Joker. Harmon quit TV shows and turned her attention to films at the beginning of 2000. After a brief appearance in a couple of films and a few TV shows, she returned to acting in television series. In 2008, she was among the very few actresses that were photographed for Allure magazine without bras. Her main work is in the role of the detective Jane Rizzoli on TNT series "Rizzoli & Isles'. As a detective she received a lot of praise and accolades. Her work as a detective has garnered numerous nominations throughout the years. Additionally, she was awarded some distinctions.
